Warehouse Manager/Parts RunnerChristopher is such a driven warehouse manager, always looking for the next thing that needs to be done. He keeps everything stocked and ready to provide quick service, even running parts to homes as needed. He has an associate's degree in design engineering, and is currently working on this bachelors for mechanical engineering. He joined the Air Force reserves in 2025, where he also works as a civil engineer. Christopher is a very driven asset to our team.
Colton Maywald
TechnicianColton joined the Better than Best team in February of 2026. He graduated from HVAC tech school early in 2025 and went to work with another company. We are proud to have him on our team. He has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about HVAC. Colton loves to hunt and fish in his spare time when he is not working to take care of our customers.

TechnicianAlex Linares served in the Army for 8 years, then went to school for HVAC and moved back to Texas to be near his family. Alex and his wife have 2 beautiful young children. Alex is well trained, and experienced to handle all your heating and cooling needs with honesty and integrity.
